Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation with us for any reason... No worries! Just call us at 218-244-3309. We are here to help. All cancellations must be made by phone. Our cancellation policies are as follows:

If you cancel more than 30 days out, we will issue you a full refund, minus a $30 cancellation fee.
​
15 to 30 days out, we will issue you a 50% refund, less a $30 cancellation fee.
For guests who cancel within 14 days of their reservation, we are unable to issue any refunds. However, we would be happy to move your paid reservation to another date within one calendar year from the date of your original booking. This option is available anytime you cancel. We'll do our best to get you into the same room you originally booked if its available. If not, we will substitute another comparable room.
