The Gilbert Mansion has been called, "The Jewel of Itasca County."

The home itself has remained virtually unchanged for more than a century.  When you step through the huge front door surrounded by gleaming leaded glass, it is as if you have been transported back in time. Completely furnished in period antiques including many of the original owners items, the Gilbert Mansion provides an atmosphere unlike anything in the area.
